As the month approaches, we at e27 have been working hard to ensure you get the best Echelon experience. Which, if you haven’t figured out by this point, means setting up an entire area to help with hiring (or getting a job).
This year, Echelon Asia Summit introduces the Talent Zone!
The zone will introduce the element of recruitment into the conference. Confused? What I mean is that together with providing entrepreneurs with a winning chance to find talent, the natural result is Echelon will become a great place to look jobs. Exciting, isn’t it?
In this talent zone, companies will get to exhibit their businesses and get a chance to have onsite interviews with potential candidates from all over Asia.

Yes, you read that right: all over the region; meaning 30+ countries!
So, what is the talent zone all about?
Company presentation: We will include presentations and panel discussions with hiring managers to discuss human resources, company culture, and other talent or recruitment-related topics. This is an opportunity for hiring managers to engage with Echelon audience interested in career opportunities.
Now, who would miss out on this opportunity? I certainly wouldn’t!
Recruiter hour: Job seekers will be invited to tan hour-long networking session with Founders, Hiring Managers and other startup representatives.
There will also be an engagement with these people before and during the conference to meet and interview candidates right at Echelon! Super convenient, right?
Exhibition space: Our promising startups will have a booth in the talent zone and are looking for key hires in design, marketing, tech and business development; maybe even a Co-founder .
