The official announcement was just made today by the real-estate professionals’ workflow platform based in Bangkok, Thailand

Facebook Marketplace has agreed to partner with Thai real-estate professional workflow startup Property Flow to provide property rental listings in marketplace.

Property Flow users can now opt in to automatically synchronize their property listing inventory with Marketplace. By exposing the property listings to Marketplace, real estate agents are able to get additional exposure and branding as well as increase lead generation.

According to the source in Property Flow, most of Thai real-estate professionals are active Facebook users, using the social media to connect with home renters. With this partnership, it will enable the property professionals to find and communicate with their customers more conveniently and vice versa.

In Marketplace, users can discover a wide range of items, including properties for rent where home seekers can utilise filter option to search based on location, category and price.

“By allowing real-estate professionals to list their properties on Marketplace, they will be able to reach new home seekers and provide high-quality property listings to all using the service. We are proud to be a part of this growing platform where people regularly search places to rent and provide another channel for our real-estate clients,” said Jostein Aksnes, CEO of Property Flow.
