A lot of the most powerful companies in Asia have a very conservative and structured style, what is some advice for pitching to these businesses?

 

A conservative business approach rarely works for startups, who require adaptability, speed and aggressiveness for survival.

But, a lot of the old-school businesses could become extremely valuable partners. Sure, maybe there is a culture clash, but if it can be properly navigated, a positive arrangement could become quite lucrative for everyone involved.

So, how do you pitch to these types of firms?
