The Speed Dating section of Indonesia Fintech Festival & Conference presents ample opportunity to meet industry leaders –and learn from their experiences and knowledge

Banks are opening new incubator programmes to support fintech startups; even the government itself is planning to build greater financial inclusion in the country which gives a great opportunity for startups to contribute.

If you are a startup founder and co-founder looking to build a stronger connection with leaders in the Indonesian fintech industry, then the Speed Dating section of the Indonesia Fintech Festival & Conference 2016 (IFFC 2016) might just be what you are looking for.

With the aim to accelerate the growth of the industry and to support the development of startups, IFFC 2016 provides an opportunity for founders to have face-to-face discussions with industry leaders consisting of investors, corporations, innovators and fellow founders who want to share their experiences and knowledge.

Held at the ICE BSD, Tangerang, Banten on August 29-30, IFFC is a joint event between the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin). It brings together stakeholders from the fintech industry from regulators, financial institutions, investors, startups, incubators, industry associations as well as academia.

To be eligible for the Speed Dating event, your company needs to:

  • Be a business entity in the form of a PT or CV
  • Have an income of less than IDR10 billion or S$1 million (US$744,000)
  • Have less than 30 employees
  • Has products that can be purchased –the company is in operation and is represented with ready-to-sell products

And yes –the Speed Dating event is open for founders or co-founders from any industries, not limited to fintech.
