Grab starts with JustGrab service in Cambodia. When passengers book JustGrab rides, the app displays the exact trip fare. Drivers who accept the ride will honour the trip fare, making Grab bookings a negotiation-free process for both passengers and drivers. Passengers can choose to pay for rides either with cash or via its mobile payments platform GrabPay.

Users can book JustGrab rides anywhere and any time, not only in Cambodia but also in most Southeast Asian markets they travel to.

JustGrab also offers passengers shorter waiting times by alerting the nearest available Grab driver on the booking. According to the company, this helps reduce traffic congestion, as drivers do not need to drive around to find passengers. Passengers can also collect GrabRewards loyalty points from Grab rides and use them to receive additional Grab discounts.
