In a world where doing your best is becoming the norm, perfection should make a comeback.

“Perfection is the willingness to do what is difficult to achieve what is right.” So says Jon Bowers of logistics giant UPS, who heads a training facility for professional drivers.

In this short video, he talks about the scary consequences of being less than perfect, and how we use our unwillingness to confront failure as crutch to focus on our efforts instead of the results.
