Indonesian online content and e-commerce platform KASKUS today announced that it has made a strategic investment into KontrakHUkum, a digital platform that provides legal services to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

In a press statement, KASKUS explained that the investment is in line with the company’s business development plan of providing support to content creators and small online business owners on its platform.

“The partnership is a form of our support for KASKUS members so that they can get informed about the law from credible and reliable sources. Our hope is that, as content creators and business owners, members will no longer hesitate about safeguarding their works and their business on the legal side,” said KASKUS CEO Edi Taslim.
