This partnership will allow ServisHero service providers to leverage on Grab to get to customers’ locations
Every superhero squad requires a reliable mode of transport: Batman & Robin need the Batmobile; the X-men need the Blackbird.
And so goes the same for ServisHero‘s “Heroes” – a large team of local service providers ranging from cleaners, handyman, personal trainers, photographers and more.
Today, the on-demand local service startup has announced a partnership with ride-hailing giant Grab.

The deal will see Grab’s function integrated into ServisHero’s app through a deep-link feature, allowing ServisHero Heroes to be transported to customers’ locations via Grab rides.
All the Heroes have to do is tap the ride button within the ServisHero Pro app to launch the Grab app, which will have the journey information pre-populated for a faster booking.
Three transport options — GrabCar, GrabTaxi and GrabBike (provided it is available in the country) — will be offered.

“We are pleased to work with ServisHero, a leading startup similarly focussed on enabling opportunities, to deliver greater convenience to their Heroes by providing a service we excel in --ride-hailing,” said Reuben Lai, Grab’s Head of Business Development, in a press statement.
Launched in June 2015, ServisHero serves the Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia market. In March this year, it raised US$2.7 million pre-Series A round led by Golden Gate Ventures.
