We are pumped to be joining forces with StarFab Accelerator for Echelon TOP100 APAC 2018!

This partnership falls in line with e27’s mission of growing a community of and foundation for builders, creators, and entrepreneurs and accelerating high-growth entrepreneurship throughout the Asia Pacific.

The TOP100 programme was created by e27 to empower insights, connections, talent, and funding opportunities for early-stage tech startups in Asia Pacific.

Startups, meet StarFab

StarFab, which accelerates smart solutions to drive innovation, runs a series of programmes designed to bridge the gap between corporates and startups. World-class mentors participating in the programmes include Delta Electronics, Advantech, Chunghwa Telecom and more.

How this partnership is a win for APAC-based startups

If you are a startup focussing on Healthcare, Agriculture, Manufacturing, AR/VR, IoT, Finance, Big Data, Transportation or Energy, and are already utilising or keen to utilise AI and/or Robotics as a core product or service application – this one is for you.

From the TOP100 qualified applicants, StarFab will select 5 startups, who will receive through the Taiwan AI x Robotics Accelerator (TAIRA):

  • Extensive product development and testing support
    Work from Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) for software and hardware resources, to accelerate the launch of a market-ready product. This also includes free accommodation and co-working space use.
  • A committed US$100,000 grant from the Taiwan Government
    STSP has also committed to provide equity-free funding for each participating startup to kickstart global expansion and grow operations.
  • Connections to tap into local market access opportunities
    Through STSP’s local network, startups will be introduced to an array of local ecosystem powerhouses, such as Himax, IBM, Microsoft, NVIDIA, UMC and speed up access to hundreds of enterprise clients.

TOP100 Qualifier Roadshows begin across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar from March 6th, 2018, before taking on the rest of APAC. Startups representatives must apply before Feb 14 to join the Qualifiers for free.
