Keeping medical documents safe with Helopt

Indonesian healthtech startup Gorry Holdings on Tuesday launched its new service Helopt, an Android-based mobile app for users to keep their medical records.

The app allows users to upload images of their lab test results, doctor’s prescription, hospital bills, and other medical documents so that they can easily open and show them to the doctor on the next visit. The app translates the information on the images into a data tabulation that can be extracted online.

According to Gorry Holdings Founder and Managing Director William Susilo, the mobile app aims to help users keep their medical documents safe for a long time by minimising the risk of losing the documents. It can also be useful when patients are consulting to other doctors for a second opinion.

In addition to Helopt, Gorry Holdings also operates healthy food catering service Gorry Gourmet and healthy food directory GorryWell.
