It also connects users with qualified credible sources. The app hit 20,000 installs in two months on Google Play Store. Before founding Recite Lab, Fairiz was a CEO of an MSC-status company. He is a through and through developer. Mazlita majored in Data Mining and owns an IT training company. She is a natural hustler. MyMerchant is a payment company, designed to level the playing field for Merchant by leveraging on its patented payment processing methodology. MyMerchant will offer merchants a complete range of products and services, (mPOS, Desktop, Online, Mobile Wallet, and Prepaid Cards). iBanding is an insurance platform provider for agents to connect them with their customers and insurance companies. We run Malaysia’s first insurance agent directory where customer can find great agents and read their reviews. We also have Malaysia’s first insurance app iBantu that is made for agents to give out to their customers. Customer can then connect better with their insurance agents.
Problem: In Malaysia, insurance agents are the main channel (62%) to buy motor insurance. This group is threatened to loose significant business through direct channels and changes in regulations. Agents do not have the means to build their own IT platform. Each insurance company has their own mobile app tailored to their needs and not including the agents.
Solution: iBanding provides agents with a mobile app that enables them to provide better service to their customers than the direct channel. Over the coming years, iBanding assists agents and end customers in the transition from agents based business to direct channel.
